Mike Keeling, JD, PE, Data Site Consortium, Inc.

Mr. Keeling is the President of Data Site Consortium, Inc. and is member of the Keeling Law Offices. Mike primarily researches and writes in the areas of intellectual property, telecommunications regulatory policy, contracts and related civil matters. Mike also has over thirty years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of complex technical programs – and their associated funding, regulatory and procurement needs. Mike has considerable experience planning and the development of enterprise architectures, which provide a cost-effective basis for delivering enterprise-wide technology based services. Mike has personally directed the design, procurement and construction of several large-scale computer and communications systems and their related facilities. He has organized and presented technical seminars on the subjects of communications FCC rules, electrical power, and strategic planning. Several organizations, including the ASTM and IEEE, have requested his participation in study groups and panel discussions.
In addition to Mike participates in the community building activities of the Arizona Telecommunications and Information Council, Arizona Technology Council, eSATS (a K12 e-learning advocacy group), Accept a Challenge (a non-profit childhood obesity prevention group), and related non-profit community advocacy groups. Mike and his wife Lynn relax by sailing their sloop, the Windward Vision, in and around San Diego Bay.

Business Development Manager - STC: Prior to Strategic Technology Communications Inc., Ryan founded Ivy League Consulting LLC. (ILC), the ILC team provides network design, deployment and managed services. With clients in four countries and across the US, The ILC team has played major roles in over 11 large scale municipal networks. In June 2006 ILC and STC joined forces. The ILC team worked with Earthlink Municipal Wireless Networks, Planning and building some of the largest wireless networks in the US. Ryan established the WAZ-Chandler presence as partner in the WAZ-Alliance which was sold to MobilePro and became NeoReach Wireless. As Director of Engineering for NeoReach Ryan, directed design, and installation of the first of its kind wireless mesh network to support 78K subscribers, with secure access to wireless voice, video, and data. Under his leadership the team designed and built the nation's first border to border Metro WIFI Network in 180 days, consisting of over 1600 network devices. Ryan has worked with City officials to ensure the networks met the critical communications needs of Police, Fire and Municipal Workers. As a member of senior management team, Ryan negotiated contracts with The City of Chandler, The City of Tempe and telecommunications equipment/service providers. He was called on to regularly present at town council meetings and municipal workshops. Prior to joining NeoReach Ryan had 16 years working in Higher Education culminating as Dean of the Network and Communication Management for DeVry University. |

Vincent Jordan, RidgeviewTel

Leading in the creation and development of the nation's foremost wireless broadband engineering company and the premier NGN OSS/BSS/NMS platform, Vincent Jordan brings over 34 years of systems development and management experience in multiple industries including insurance, banking and telecommunications. Prior to RidgeviewTel, Vince and his team developed and deployed the first ATM switching network in the US at WilTel’s Advanced Technology Center. This system included a complete Operations Support System (OSS), Network Management System (NMS), Billing system and full network security.
In 1993, Vince managed SHL Systems House’s Object Technology Center in Boulder, Colorado and was responsible for the consolidation of the Friends and Family Program customer care systems for MCI. Mr. Jordan then introduced Burt Roberts (Chairman & CEO of MCI) to John Oltman (then Chairman and CEO of SHL) resulting in MCI purchasing SHL Systems House for $1Billion in cash.
Vince served as CTO at Systor (Swiss Bank Corporation’s IT company), where he directed the company’s technology and billing and customer care systems for both Swiss Telecom and Basel Insurance. In 1997 he founded Solant, a Telecommunications Interactive Customer Care and Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment software company, which sold over $7million in software sales and later merged with its largest competitor in 2000.

Chris Janson, Ciena

Chris Janson is currently Sr. Product Manager, Public Sector at Ciena Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for developing customer solutions based on Ciena’s automated optical Ethernet technology. Chris is also an adjunct lecturer at Northeastern University in Boston, where he teaches courses in product development and engineering economy. He holds an MBA from Boston University and Bachelor of Science from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
